About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix F that details applicable codes, standards, and regulations for a federal contract opportunity with the 88th Readiness Division's North Plains Region. The appendix comprehensively lists mandatory publications and standards from multiple organizations including ASHRAE, ASME, IEEE, NFPA, and various U.S. Army and federal regulatory bodies covering areas such as electrical systems, fire protection, building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and facility management.

The appendix provides extensive technical guidance for contractors, requiring compliance with the most current edition of referenced publications at the time of contract award. It mandates that contractors establish policies and procedures to protect employee and community health, safety, and environmental protection, with a focus on adhering to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The document serves as a critical reference for ensuring technical and regulatory compliance across various engineering, maintenance, and facility management disciplines for the North Plains Region contract.
