About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix C details performance requirements for a maintenance services contract for the 88th Readiness Division's North Plains Region, covering Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The contract is a competitive set-aside for 8(a) small businesses, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, potentially extending up to an additional 6 months.
The PWS establishes critical performance standards across multiple operational areas, including key personnel requirements, monthly reporting, license maintenance, preventative and corrective maintenance completion rates, safety training, documentation preparation, and various mandatory annual trainings (Anti-Terrorism, Operations Security, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Cyber Awareness). Performance thresholds are strictly defined, with specific remedies for non-compliance such as invoice deductions, potential negative CPARS ratings, and restrictions on work performance. The contract will be awarded by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Support Center Huntsville as a firm-fixed-price agreement.
