Receipt
The samples were received on 4/18/2018 9:15 AM; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and, where required, on ice.
The temperature of the cooler at receipt time was 0.5º C.
GC/MS VOA
Method(s) 8260B: The internal standard and surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside of acceptable limits:
OU7-MW-150_041618 (680-151255-57). The sample was re-analyzed outside of holding time. Both sets of data have been reported.
Method(s) 8260B: The continuing calibration verification (CCV) analyzed in batch 680-522312 was outside the method criteria for the following analyte(s): Bromomethane. Bromomethane is a poor performing analyte. As indicated in the reference method, sample analysis may proceed; however, any detection for the affected analyte(s) is considered estimated.
Method(s) 8260B: The following sample was diluted to bring the concentration of target analytes within the calibration range:
OU7-MW-150_041618 (680-151255-57). Elevated reporting limits (RLs) are provided.
Method(s) 8260B: The RPD of the laboratory control sample (LCS) and laboratory control sample duplicate (LCSD) for batch analytical batch 680-522312 recovered outside control limits for the following analytes: Chloroethane.
Method(s) 8260B: Insufficient sample volume was available to perform a matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) associated with analytical batch 680-522004.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
HPLC/IC
No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described in the Definitions/Glossary page.
GC VOA
No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described in the Definitions/Glossary page.
VOA Prep No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described in the Definitions/Glossary page.
