The related federal contract opportunity is a Multiple Award Environmental Services contract to provide a wide range of environmental services including remediation for sites located in the US Army Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division area of responsibility. Services include engineering, studies, evaluations, removal actions, remedial designs, remedial actions, operation and maintenance, and long-term monitoring. Up to ten indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts with a total shared capacity of $230 million will be awarded, with up to six contracts reserved for small businesses with a target capacity of $135 million. Work will be acquired through firm-fixed-price or cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders over a five year ordering period. The solicitation is expected to be released on August 10, 2016.

1. Detailed Project Description: General scope and relevance. Provide a detailed description of the project. Be sure to include features of this project that make it comparable in type or nature to the requirements of this request for proposal. If bullets are used, they must be supported by the narrative. Include any customer concerns or dissatisfaction and how you responded.

2. Detailed Explanation of Management and Control of Project: Must provide a detailed explanation of the Offeror’s role and approach to how this project was managed and controlled from project start to project completion, to include how demands from concurrent projects were addressed.
