About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W9124L25B0003 for Pumping Services at Fort Sill, OK, issued by MICC Fort Sill on January 29, 2025. The document provides information about the incumbent contractor (Gill's Demolition and Backhoe, Inc.) and current contract value ($1,734,775.00).
The Q&A clarifies several operational requirements: all contents must be pumped from grease trap interceptors, pressure cleaning is required quarterly for grease trap interceptors only, contractors must provide their own environmentally safe enzymes for pit latrines, and all pumps are accessible from outside. DPW provides an open lot for 24-hour equipment parking, but there is no authorized location for washing vac trucks on post. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside with no additional socioeconomic category restrictions. All commercial vehicles must enter through Apache Gate. Section 5.4 requirements apply to Joint Ventures, and FAR Clause 52.219-14 governs subcontracting limitations.
