About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document (Attachment 6) regarding Solicitation W9124L24B0004 for Refuse Services at Fort Sill, OK, dated February 25, 2025.
The document contains a single Q&A exchange clarifying that the acronym "MFH" in Technical Exhibit D stands for Military Family Housing, but noting that while MFH appears in the standardized Task and Frequency chart (TE-D) used across Army posts, it is not actually listed in Technical Exhibit C's Estimated Workload and is therefore not a requirement for this specific contract. The document is signed by Contracting Officer Jesslyan Ortiz-Albino from MICC Fort Sill.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. QUESTION: We can not find a definition for MFH as listed in the Routine Tasks/Services column of TE-D. We have read it as an industry standard meaning of Multi Family Housing.
One of my colleagues has assumed it may stand for Military Family Housing which may require further equipment and Labor to perform, particularly if it includes the on post Military Family Housing run by Corvias.
ANSWER: The acronym MFH stands for Military Family Housing. However, TE-D is a standardized Task and Frequency chart used for all Army Posts and the customer is not authorized to change or modify the standardized document. Please look at TE-D in conjunction with TE-C Estimated Workload to see the actual requirements for the contract are and compare it to the task and frequency those requirements have. Military Family Housing (MFH) is not listed in TE-C and is not a requirement for this contract.
