QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. QUESTION: Could you please clarify form Attachment 3 Amendment #1 question 14.
It states that C/D waste is close to 600 tons per month. Is this in addition to the 638.84-ton average for C/I Waste from TE- F table 2.2?
ANSWER: TE-F is the Fort Sill Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan provided by the Environmental Quality Division (EQD). It was provided on this contract for knowledge/guidance purposes. Table 2-2 is nothing more than the reported monthly average waste received at the Fort Sill landfill in past years. The 636.84 tons your question references is the 5 year monthly average of Commercial Refuse that the landfill has received. In reference to question 14, there is no CLIN dedicated to tonnage because there is no charge for utilization of the Fort Sill Landfill for this contract. The landfill personnel report tonnage to EQD for tracking purposes.
