Atch 7 – Site Visit Instructions Missile Motor Receipt / Storage Facility, Utah Test and Training Range
Pre-Proposal Site Visit Thursday, 10 October 2019
A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, 10 October 2019, at 1000 MDT. Offerors will convene at the UTTR Conference Room prior to the site walk. Offerors are urged to attend the site where services are to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. All questions entertained at the site visit must be submitted via DRChecks in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation.

UTTR Directions / Meeting Location
- From the SLC airport, get onto I-80 West and proceed 55 miles to exit 62 Military Area.
- Exit right and stay right 0.2 miles and proceed 17 miles north.
- Stay left at fork (dirt road to the right) and proceed 1.4 miles to UTTR Gate.
- Park in the northern adjacent parking area at east gate entrance.
- Enter adjacent westerly building and proceed through security to the conference room.
All visitors shall be escorted 100% of the time during the site visit. The Government will provide a sufficient number of escorts to accommodate attendees. Transportation will be provided from the conference room location to the site. Photography will not be permitted. Requested photos may be taken by authorized Government personnel and posted to FBO. It is anticipated the briefing and site visit may run approximately 2-3 hours.
