The purpose of this amendment is to:

NOTICE TO OFFERORS

1. Revise 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) – ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995)

52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) – ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995) has been changed from:

(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.

(b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for—

Thursday, 12 November 2020 at 1:00 p.m. EST.*

(c) Participants will meet outside of the Welcome Center (East-side of the Bldg).Visitors will receive a vehicle pass and brief. Please ensure compliance with social distancing instructions (vehicle occupancy of 4 people maximum).

Upon receipt of the vehicle pass and ANC Instructional Brief, entry into ANC will be permitted. Due to the impact of the corona-virus pandemic and associated federal instructions, all participants will be escorted to the preselected sites and the exit throughout the site visit.

All contractors planning to attend must submit their company’s name, participant and vehicle information (Make/Model/Tag #) to the POCs by 2:00 PM EDT, 10 November 2020. In the event that ANC is closed and this site visit is cancelled, all questions will be processed through ProjNet.
