About this file

This file contains Excel spreadsheets detailing custodial task orders and facility lists for multiple buildings at Fort Riley, Kansas, along with an associated PWS (Performance Work Statement) defining the specific cleaning tasks and standards.

The PWS outlines detailed requirements for tasks including trash collection, floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, stripping/waxing), carpet cleaning, dusting, restroom sanitization, and other custodial duties across approximately 130 buildings totaling over 1 million square feet. The facilities include 8 child/youth development centers, 70 administrative buildings, 12 high-use administrative/community facilities, 13 training/education facilities, and 16 other facilities including headquarters buildings. Each task order spreadsheet breaks down the specific square footage by floor type (carpet, tile, etc.), cleaning frequencies (daily to annual), and special requirements for different facility types. Key locations serviced include the 1st Infantry Division HQ, US Army Garrison HQ, and 10th Air Support Operations Squadron HQ. The contract has been an AbilityOne-SourceAmerica contract for over 10 years, serving a post population of approximately 16,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel.
