About this file
This is a pricing schedule spreadsheet for a custodial services contract at Fort Riley, containing detailed building-by-building square footage breakdowns and pricing tables. The document includes pricing tables for a base year and four option years covering custodial services for approximately 130 buildings totaling over 1.1 million square feet. The spreadsheet breaks down 39 distinct custodial tasks including trash collection, floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, window washing, and restroom sanitization, with specific quantity estimates for each task (e.g., 5,678 CSF of floor sweeping/dust mopping, 22,622 SF of exterior window cleaning).
The pricing template provides detailed flooring material breakdowns for each building, including carpet, vinyl, tile, wood, and concrete surfaces. It includes labor calculations worksheets for determining wage rates (minimum $17.20/hour plus $4.98 health and welfare benefits) and staffing estimates for different worker categories including starting janitors, seasoned janitors, team leads, project managers, quality control managers and safety managers. The document indicates this is an AbilityOne-SourceAmerica contract that has been in place for over 10 years, covering facilities such as child development centers, administrative buildings, training facilities, and headquarters buildings including the 1st Infantry Division HQ and Army Garrison HQ.
