AT 13 – Deliverables Schedule.
1. Where to Submit: The Contractor submit submittals to the Contracting Officer, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, 1792 12th Street, Fort Riley, Kansas 66442, unless otherwise indicated in the schedule below.
2. When to Submit: Submit submittals when required in the schedule below. The first delivery order will not be issued until the required submittals have been approved by the Government. The approved Quality Control Plan, Accident Prevention Plan, and Management Plan shall be implemented not later than the contract start date. The Contractor shall resubmit the plans within 5 working days prior to any proposed changes in the plans.
3. What to Submit: All submittals shall be accompanied by properly filled out ENG Form 4025 (Mar 2012), Transmittal of Shop Drawings, Equipment Data, Material Samples, or Manufacturer’s Certificates of Compliance, unless otherwise indicated in the schedule below. This ENG Form in Adobe .pdf fillable form format is available without cost at http://www.usace.army.mil/publications/. Submittals shall be grouped together by paragraph in the PWS and submitted on one ENG 4025 form for each paragraph. Submit one copy of all submittals for review in Adobe .pdf format by email or on a CD-RW or DVD+RW disc along with one item of any required physical material samples. The Government will review the submittals, enter the appropriate Submittal Action Code in column i on ENG Forms 4025 and return the submittals to the Contractor by email or on the CD-RW or DVD+RW along with any physical material samples. The preceding requirements also apply to any necessary resubmissions.
