About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines four required data items for an Administrative Support Services contract in support of the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). The contractor must submit a Management Plan within 30 days of award and biannually thereafter. Monthly requirements include a Funds and Man-Hours Expenditure Report by the 10th of each month after kickoff, as well as a Status Report and Employee Roster. All reports must be delivered electronically and in hard copy, with distribution to ARL. The contract number is 0010824207.
The related federal contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for Administrative Support Services in support of multiple ARL directorates across multiple installations. Services include program management, administrative, technical, security, financial, logistics, technical publications, and graphic/audiovisual support. Responses were due by November 11, 2016 to the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command for an 8(a) multiple award IDIQ contract under which task orders will be issued. The primary customer is ARL in its mission to conduct basic, exploratory, and advanced defense research.
