About this file
The provided document is an Excel pricing workbook for a federal contract opportunity. The workbook includes instructions for offerors to populate unit prices and amounts for various contract line items (CLINs) related to program management, labor, travel, materials, and other direct costs. The CLINs are structured for a base year and four option years, with a six-month extension. The pricing workbook also includes sections for offerors to provide their indirect rate information and fully burdened labor rates for both fixed-price and cost-reimbursable labor categories. The associated federal contract opportunity is for the ARNORTH Civil Support Training Activity (CSTA) Training Support Services, which the government has posted as a pre-solicitation.

Instructions
| Instructions - CSTA Pricing Workbook |
| Offerors are to populate the unit price when applicable or the amount cells within the TEP Tab except for the CLINs where NTE amounts have already been provided, or if the CLIN has been identified as Not Seperately priced (NSP). |
The prepopulated dollar values are derived from Government estimates of cost-reimbursable type effort. These estimates will be included within the Total Evaluated Price, but are only estimates and are not to be edited by the offeror. The optional 6 month extension will be automatically calculated by multiplying the previous ordering period by one half.
The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will be automatically calculated and includes the sum of all of the proposed FFP CLINs and the pre-populated values provided by the Government.

Labor Rates - FFP Bulidup
In the first section (Columns B-N) the offeror will input their base rate for the Base Period each labor category proposed and then apply indirect rates to demonstrate the development of the fully burdened rate through profit for the Base Period. The offeror can adjust this worksheet as needed to complete the calculation. In the second section (Columns Q-T) input the fully burdened rate for each category, for each base and option period. The Offeror will identify the labor categories subject to Wage Determination Rates based on the Service Contract Act (ECA). IF APPLICABLE, INSERT ANY OVERTIME PREMIUM INTO COLUMN P and the calculated overtime hourly rate in column Q.
