11.a. Contractor performance is restricted to ARNORTH facilities on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Government agency or activity will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contract. Submit visit request to the KO and/or Security Management Office for need to know verification.
13.a. The contractor FSO will include Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) requirements in their initial and refresher security training IAW 381-12, paragraph 1-14 and chapter 2. Contractor personnel performing sensitive duties are subject to investigative and assignment requirements IAW AR 25-2, AR 380-67 and affiliated regulations.
13.b. Contractors who work in a cleared facility on a DOD installation or who are embedded or integrated within a DA program or activity will satisfy DOD 52220.22-M requirements to report adverse information, suspicious contracts, and other reportable incidents by submitting appropriate reports or information in writing to the KO and/or COR to ARNORTH G2 Security.
