About this file

This document contains an industry questions file and related federal contract opportunity solicitation. The industry questions file provides responses to contractor questions about requirements for supporting the Department of Defense Warrior Games from 2022 through 2027. Services will include program management, event planning, on-site event support, and training camp services. However, references to supporting the 2022 Invictus Games have been removed. Pricing will be firm-fixed-price as established in Task Order 1 for the base year and four option years. Subsequent task orders will have firm-fixed pricing and may require cost data from the contractor. The location for future games is currently unknown. The solicitation is for a single-award IDIQ contract to provide nonpersonal services and support for the DOD Warrior Games from 2022 through 2027 at various CONUS locations. Questions are due by April 7, 2022 and the contract will be a commercial FFP type.
