About this file

This document contains an attachment for a small business participation form related to the solicitation for the Modernizing Instrumentation Solutions for Test and Evaluation (MISTE) contract. The form requires prime contractors to report subcontract awards and participation goals achieved. Prime contractors must provide the total subcontract dollar amounts and percentages awarded to small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Separate reporting is required for subcontracts with historically black colleges and universities and minority-serving institutions. Large business subcontract awards must also be reported. The purpose of the form is to collect cumulative subcontract data from inception of the contract to measure against a goal of awarding 20% of contract dollars to small businesses. The completed form must be submitted to the Army Contracting Command in Orlando on a recurring basis.
