A site visit is scheduled as follows:
• WHEN: Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 9:00 AM local time; if an additional site visit is required, the date and time will be posted on fbo.gov via an Amendment.
• WHERE: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
• MEETING AREA: The Exchange Parking Area
SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL ON OR
BEFORE 29 JULY 2019 BY 3:00PM, EASTERN TIME.
• LIMITATION OF VISITORS: Maximum of two (2) attendees for each vendor.
• SITE VISIT REQUEST: The site visit request shall be submitted via email to Barbara
Cousins at barbara.d.cousins.civ@mail.mil. Request should include company name with the names of the visitor(s), including full name, title, emails, and phone numbers.
• INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS: Building number, directions, visitor gate instructions, etc. will be emailed directly to the site visit requester.
• PHOTOS: NO photography is allowed on post.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• During the site visit, the APG representatives will only answer general questions that are deemed acceptable by the Contracting Officer. Potential offerors attending the site visit shall submit additional question in writing to the Government and they will be answered via the issuance of another Amendment on fbo.gov.
• Attendance at the site visit is encouraged, but is not mandatory for potential offerors.
