MATOC - BASE YEAR ORDERING PERIOD

Multiple Award Construction Task Order Contract (MATOC). Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform facility maintenance, alterations, repair, and minor construction work. Place of Performance: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the SOW/PWS and specifications included in the solicitation/contract. Task Order price proposals shall be prepared using RS Means "Cost Works" cost estimating software.
The contractor shall propose and apply a coefficient rate to contractor prepared Cost Works estimates in the space provided below.
Estimated Maximum Total Award Amount of $19,500,000.00 x Contractor's Proposed Coefficient Rate of %_______ = $_________________________.

The minimum guarantee is $10K or the amount proposed by the offeror for the Seed Project Task Order. The Seed Project Task Order will be issued shortly after the award of the base contracts and covers submittal of a final Safety Plan, a Quality Control Plan, and attendance by at a post-award kickoff meeting at APG, MD.
