About this file
This document contains a hazardous materials management report template and information related to an Army solicitation for the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle program. The template requires offerors to provide details on hazardous materials used, stored, disposed of or created during production, operation, maintenance or sustainment of proposed vehicle systems. Materials include adhesives, sealants, cleaners, greases, paints, oils, batteries and others. For each item, offerors must specify the product and vendor, intended use phase, quantities, safety data sheets, special handling and training requirements, and disposal methods. The related solicitation seeks proposals for Phase 3 and 4 of the OMFV program, including detailed design, prototype build and testing. Instructions are provided for requesting controlled or classified information attachments. Offerors are required to have the appropriate facility clearances and agreements to receive different categories of controlled data.
