About this file

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) for the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle (OMFV) Phase 3 and 4 effort.

The RFP solicits proposals for the detailed design, prototype build and test of the OMFV. Offerors must provide a description of the proposed vehicle design across configurations, differences between full combat and maximum weight configurations, and details on any kits needed to meet requirements. The effort requires developing digital engineering artifacts like the system architecture model, bills of material, technical data packages, and software development using a DevSecOps environment. Prototypes must be built and tested according to requirements in classified specifications. Cybersecurity, ESOH, and program protection requirements also apply to the design and development process. Proposals are due by the date specified in the RFP schedule.
