ATPD 2417 is the requirement document; reference document ATPD 2306 is for guidance. The contractual requirement is 100ft, not 200ft. Answered

Reference ATPD 2417 3.3.1.5.5 Spare pump assemblies and 3.3.4.4 Pump Assembly characteristics and components. What does the Army consider a Spare pump assembly to consist of? Is it all the components listed under 3.3.4.4 through 3.3.4.10? And if not please specify what the Army considers a spare pump assembly to be due to the significant cost impact off all the characteristics and components starting at 3.3.4.4. et al.
The ATPD 2417 para requirement of 3.3.1.5.5 has previously been removed, hence this question is no longer relevant. Answered

Please confirm that there will be a minimum of 5psi new positive suction head to the E2FDS pumping station 1 inlet at mile marker zero. Referencing the questions & answer version 2.0, question 64 – the answer was vague in how much positive head pressure would be provided.
As stated in Question/Answer set #3 item #39 - the quantity of pressure is not defined. It would be whatever the minimum net positive suction head of the pumping assembly design requires per para 3.3.4.8 for low suction pressure limit; regardless of whether it is first, second, third, etc.
pumping assembly. Answered
6p
Ref. ATPD 2417 3.3.4.4.3 (b) What is the pipe interface the E2FDS suction & discharge ports must accept? If the pipe interface is IPDS please provide the current IPDS groove dimensions.
ATPD 2417 para 3.3.4.4.3 (b) does not address suction or discharge ports, only the required valve(s) on the discharge and suction side of the pump assembly. The suction and discharge interface connection requirements are stated in (c) and (d) of that same paragraph. Answered
7p
There are a significant number of CDRLs that are required to support the EMD phase per the statement of work, yet there is no place in the pricing summary to address these costs. CLIN 3001 – Not Separately Priced (NSP) CDRLs is for the Production Phase. If we include the EMD NSP CDRLs in CLIN 3001, we have no way to recover costs if we do not win the Production Phase. Please advise where we should address EMD NSP CDRLs in our pricing.
The NSP CDRLS are part of the EMD overall costs and are to be included as part of the EMD PRS system price found in CLIN 1000. Answered
8p Ref. Solicitation para C.5.7.7. What is the definition and requirements of the R&M testing?

Ref. ATPD 2417 Para 4.3.3.1, 4.3.3.2, 4.3.3.4 and Attachment 0002 Contractor Demonstration items 134, 137 and 138. During contractor demonstration it is required the contractor utilize PLS/LHS vehicle and trailer to demonstrate emplacement rate, retrieval rate and duty cycle. Is it the government’s intention for the government to have the contractor do these operational demonstrations at their facilities? If so will the government provide the appropriate GFE prime movers and personnel to operate said GFE prime movers?
Item 134 (Culvert Kit) on Attachment 0002 is not related to the question on Contractor Demo requirement. For the purposes of answering this question, we will assume the questioner means item 136 (Deployment Rate; ATPD section 4.3.3.1), not 134.
No GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) is to be provided for this Demonstration. The vehicle used during the Contractor Demonstration is at the discretion of the Contractor. Obtaining and operating PLS/LHS vehicles for purposes of contractor demonstration or design would be the responsibility of the contractor. These vehicles can be obtained/rented/borrowed from various sources. Answered
