About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and details regarding a federal contract opportunity for the production of small caliber ammunition and operation of the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. The past performance questionnaire is to be completed by offerors for commercial references and submitted with proposals under solicitation number W52P1J-17-R-0141. It requires offerors to provide general information on the reference, contract identification, and ratings for the reference contractor's performance in areas such as conforming to requirements, ability to deliver on cost and schedule, problem identification and resolution, work effort, and compliance with security, environmental, and safety standards.

The related federal contract opportunity will result in the issuance of RFP W52P1J-17-R-0141 for the production of small caliber ammunition and operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant from Fiscal Year 2020 through 2029. The opportunity is restricted to firms located in the U.S. or its outlying areas. The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island intends to conduct a best value subjective tradeoff source selection to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price production contract with a base period and seven one-year ordering periods, as well as a one-year transition period.
