About this file

This Standard Form 30 (SF30) Amendment 0001 modifies the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) Mission Support Services (MSS) solicitation W51EW725RA001, issued by the U.S. Army. The amendment makes several key changes, including correcting Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) X001 and X002 descriptions in Section B, amending clauses in Section I, replacing solicitation attachments, and updating Sections L and M language. The solicitation remains open with proposals due by 5:00 PM EDT on 29 Apr 2025.

The amendment introduces modifications across multiple sections of the solicitation, such as updating labor category descriptions, revising sustainable products and services clauses, and adjusting annual representations and certifications. Offerors are required to acknowledge this amendment within their proposal and adhere to the updated instructions. The changes aim to provide clarity and refine the requirements for the Mission Support Services contract, which appears to involve technical support, testing, and operational services for the West Desert Test Center.

The term includes, with respect to forestry materials, forest products that meet biobased content requirements, notwithstanding the market share the product holds, the age of the product, or whether the market for the product is new or emerging. (7 U.S.

C. 8101) (7 CFR 3201.2).

Recovered material means waste materials and by-products recovered or diverted from solid waste, but the term does not include those materials and by-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original manufacturing process. (42 U.S.C. 6903).

Sustainable products and services means:

(b) Requirements.

(i) Delivered to the Government;

(ii) Furnished for use by the Government;

(iii) Incorporated into the construction of a public building or public work; and
