Attachment C - FSGA AFMIS Headcount Data.xlsx

This is a headcount data report for dining facilities at Fort Stewart, Georgia, covering the reporting period October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. The document provides daily meal service data across multiple dining locations including Fort Stewart (SSMO), Fort Stewart (Instl), Stewart-19225-W6YK3E (NCOA), and Hunter Army Airfield Base (Instl), with separate tracking for Rangers. The data is organized by meal type—breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, supper, and holiday meals—with daily transaction counts for each category.

The report shows significant variation in daily headcount across the fiscal year, with higher meal counts during weekdays (ranging from 1,000 to 3,000+ daily meals) and substantially lower counts on weekends and holidays (often under 500 meals). The total annual meal service across all Fort Stewart locations reached 497,580 meals, with the institutional dining location (Fort Stewart Instl) serving 323,238 meals and the NCOA facility providing 63,473 meals. Hunter Army Airfield Base Instl served 174,342 meals, while the Ranger unit accounted for 150,421 meals. Peak meal service periods occurred during standard business days, particularly in late January, April, May, July, and August, suggesting seasonal training cycles and operational tempo variations. This data directly supports the Full Food Services solicitation (W5168W-26-R-A023) by providing the Government's documented baseline for meal production requirements across multiple dining facilities at Fort Stewart.
