About this file

This is a workload data and capabilities attachment for a Full Food Services contract at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The document specifies labor category descriptions, operational requirements, facility configurations, and historical workload data across five dining facilities: FSGA Building 19225 (NCOA), FSGA Buildings 12902/12903 (H1), 13102/13103 (H2), and 13302/13303 (H3), and HAAF Building 110.

The contract requires contractors to staff seven non-exempt labor categories: Lead Cook, Line Cook, Food Service Worker, Admin Clerk, Cashier, Rations Clerk, Dining Facility Attendant, and Dining Facility Attendant Supervisor. Contractors will be paid for actual hours worked at appropriate labor rates, with the Government providing projected daily headcount two weeks in advance of performance. Operating hours vary by facility, ranging from 0430 to 1930 hours, serving two to three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch/supper where applicable). Facility capacities range from 200 to 800 seats, with the largest facility (HAAF Building 110) containing approximately 18,634 square feet across multiple functional areas including dining rooms, kitchens, storage, and dishwashing areas. Historical remote site feeding data indicates varying demand, with HAAF Building 110 experiencing approximately 6,000 remote site feeding requirements annually at 180-240 personnel per shipment. Contractors may propose alternative hours of operation provided they include supporting narrative explaining deviations and how requirements will still be met.

NOTE

ESTIMATED WORKLOADS: Historical AFMIS headcount data representing what was experienced over the last fiscal year is provided in Attachment C. These figures in no way guarantee that the Contractor will experience the same number of meals served during the period of this contract. Factors such as Training, Holidays and Unit deployments have an effect on meal count.

The Government will provide the Contractor, in writing, the projected daily headcount to adequately plan and staff for the expected quantity of services. The projected headcount will be provided two weeks in advance of performance (e.g., NLT 17 Sep 24, projected headcount for the period of 1-14 Oct 24). The Contractor will invoice and be paid for the actual hours worked at the appropriate labor rate. Additionally, the Government will provide the projected headcount for week 3 and 4 for planning/scheduling purposes; the projected headcount will be then be finalized two weeks in advance of performance.
