About this file
This document outlines site visit procedures and provides details on a federal solicitation for an energy project at Tulsa Air National Guard facilities. Contractors visiting the site will be required to wear masks, fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire, and have their temperature taken. They will receive a presentation then tour mechanical rooms and other areas in six buildings.
The solicitation seeks a contractor to update HVAC and controls systems basewide, provide temporary equipment to maintain temperatures during work, and includes options to replace specific systems. The project requires work per provided drawings and specifications and uses Automated Logic controls under a brand name justification. The Army National Guard is the contracting agency. The performance period and response deadline are not specified.
