1.1 Scope
The former Bergstrom Air Force Base (AFB) is located in Austin, Texas. Bergstrom AFB was closed on 30 September 1993. Whole-base transfer completed in August 2005. The City of Austin now operates Bergstrom International Airport on 2,864 aces that reverted to the city.
In addition to the requirements presented in this PWS, this scope includes the following:
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
Contractors are not responsible for the following:
· Investigation and remediation of PFAS, except as noted in Attachment 1.

2.6.1 Meeting/Teleconference Support
· The Contractor participate in Teleconferences with the United States Air Force (USAF) representatives to discuss the progress toward accomplishing project objectives. Currently, teleconferences are held on a quarterly basis.
2.6.2 Public Meetings and Hearings
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
2.6.5 Site Access: Permits, Easements, and Work Site Access
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
3.4 Computer Aided Design Drawing (CADD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Updates
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
6.14 Land Use Controls (LUC)
· The Contractor shall conduct LUC/IC monitoring at sites listed in Attachment 1 and prepare a report. The first LUC/IC monitoring event is due in 2020. Currently, LUC/IC monitoring is held on an annual basis.
6.15 Five-Year Reviews
· The Contractor shall prepare a Five-Year Review Report for sites identified in Attachment 1. The next Five-Year Review Report is due June 2021.
