About this file

This document contains pricing instructions and matrices for a federal contract soliciting proposals for the design, development, and production of power supplies for military aircraft. Offerors must submit pricing for several contract line items (CLINs) involving different national stock numbers (NSNs) for power supplies. Pricing is required for first article units as well as production quantities across multiple pricing periods. Instructions provide details on completing the pricing worksheets, including required unit pricing for different quantity ranges or flat rates depending on the CLIN. The total evaluated price will be calculated automatically based on offerors' submitted pricing and will be used for evaluation purposes. The related opportunity notice announces a virtual industry day where interested vendors can review a draft RFP and submit any questions by a specified deadline. Questions will be compiled and answered collectively in a government response posted publicly.
