Either party must provide written notice at least ninety days prior to expiration of the current term if they do not intend to renew. All vendors are encouraged to participate, including sole-source providers, and vendors previously awarded on the predecessor RFP 206683 are specifically encouraged to respond.
This solicitation is issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2CFR) Part 200 requirements and may utilize local, state, federal, and grant-funded program dollars. The RFP replaces RFP 206683 and represents a district-wide procurement opportunity. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, and other financial details are not contained within this specification requirements document and would be detailed in the full RFP package.
