About this file
This document is a technical specification section for Project Management and Coordination, specifically detailing digital project management procedures for a construction project. The specification requires a web-based project management software package (such as Procore or Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange) with comprehensive features including document workflow planning, access control, real-time communication tracking, and mobile device compatibility. The software must support various project documentation processes like RFI tracking, submittal management, change order processing, and meeting minute distribution. The specification mandates providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, along with eight hours of software training, and requires a digital archive of project documents in a locked, readable format upon project completion.
