Instructions

Instructions for attachment 2-
Offerors will complete tabs, by typed response, only in the BLUE cells of each tab.
All proposed items will be priced by offerors in the solicitation-
"Section B - Schedule of Supplies-Services", Price Matrix.
No pricing should be entered on the tabs of this document.
Band 60 - Band 100 tabs:
-Complete each of the four (4) Usage Bands (UB) tabs herein, proposing one 1 basic
configuration device for each, as their response to Section 1.2 of the Statement of Work.
Multiple devices are not acceptable.
-Rows 5 through 11 (Bands 60-100) are spaces to propose one appropriate device for each usage band
and the required narrative regarding print controller integration. (from sections 1.2/1.6 in SOW)
-Various output/specification requirements will then be indicated in rows 44 through
47 (Band 60) & rows 46 through 49(Band 70) & rows 54 through 58(Band 80) & rows 53 through 56(Band 100) for the corresponding proposed device.
-Next indicate Yes or No as to whether or not the device proposed can/cannot meet the
minimum features requirements in rows 16 through 42 (Band 60), 16 through 44 (Band 70), 16 through 52 (Band 80), 16 through 51 (Band 100)
by placing an 'x' in the appropriate column,
as well as proposing additional add-on components (binding options), and a removable
hard drive description, if applicable.
