RFP Para,
Government Response
1.
Page 55, L.3 1. a. - Offeror understands the requirement to submit questions by 1:00 p.m. eastern local time on July17, 2017.

Offeror seeks clarification on question(s) that are specific to their approach/or unique to their proposal/costing being posted on the FBO website via an amendment to the solicitation.

Example question: Offeror may propose that they own Commercial Facilities and Lands sufficient to support the RFP requirements, and cost for these items are not currently included within a GSA Schedule of Prices.

May the Offeror indicate that the Cost for Facilities and Lands are a Commercial Rate the Offeror charges customers within Bahrain; and the Offerors proposed cost included in their proposal is an amount we would offer to our most favored customer.

If the Offeror marks their question(s) as "specific to Offerors approach/or unique to their proposal/costing"; will the Government be willing to answer the question(s) - perhaps by Fax, and not post the response to the FBO website by amendment?
