Kittelson & Associates received a total ranking of 3, Metric Engineering received 9, and Kimley-Horn & Associates received 6. The project is funded through the Federal Highway Administration's Fiscal Year 2024 Safe Streets for All Grant Program at $400,000 in federal assistance. Respondents were required to hold current pre-qualification certification from the Florida Department of Transportation in Work Class Group 6.1 Traffic Engineering Studies. The contractor must carry Professional Liability Insurance of $2 million per claim, General Liability of $1 million, Auto Liability of $1 million, Cyber Liability of $5 million per claim, and Workers' Compensation as required by Florida law.
