About this file

This draft request for proposal (DRFP) is for transformational shared services to support a range of functional activities for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Services may include financial management, human resources, procurement, intelligent automation, agency business services, and potential new lines of business. NASA seeks industry feedback on the reasonableness and feasibility of requirements through responses to attached questions. The resulting request for proposal will support transactional services such as financial management, human resources, and procurement across NASA centers. It involves labor categories, transaction and labor rates, and performance metrics for activities including accounts payable, payroll, and acquisition support. The incumbent contractor is invited to provide past performance examples, and small business participation is encouraged through subcontracting opportunities.
