Management System AWMS
Used to convey incoming paper and e-mailed Accounts Payable (AP) transactions to Vendor Invoice Processors (VIPs); polls TechDoc for AP documents classified as invoices and presents a web-based work sheet queue to AP of index data related to each incoming invoice and links to invoice document images in TechDoc. Subsequent invoice payment processing is done in SAP.

The official system of record for the creation of order logs for each purchase card purchase.
Order logs contain such information as what item is being procured, the quantity, the amount, the supplier name, etc. and results in a system-generated order log number. This is also the system that is used for monthly reconciliation of all purchase card transactions that posted to the p-card accounts during the monthly billing cycle. PCard Application is used to run a variety of reports.
