The Contractor must maintain continuity of services without interruption, though the AOC reserves discretion to add competing food service contracts. Price adjustments for all venues except the Senior Dining Room and Catering are permitted annually after September 30, capped at Consumer Price Index (CPI) Food Away from Home increases. The Senior Dining Room and Catering menus adjust twice annually based on local market analysis and must remain equal to or below similarly-situated Washington D.C. fine dining establishments.
