About this file
This file contains scored evaluation questions for Bid #23-39, an AV Equipment and Installation project issued by Jones County School System (JCSS) in Georgia. The project solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install audiovisual equipment at multiple schools. A pre-bid meeting was scheduled for March 1, 2023 at 11:30 AM Eastern Time via Zoom, led by Raymond Braziel. The bid submission deadline was 3:00 PM local time on March 21, 2023, with bids submitted to Henry County Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253. Bids could not be withdrawn for sixty days after the closing date, except as permitted by applicable Georgia law. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive technicalities.
Offerors must answer all mandatory scored questions on company letterhead or face disqualification. The evaluation criteria are organized into three categories: Quality of Solution, Certifications and Capabilities, and Prior Experience. Under Quality of Solution, vendors must specify equipment brands and models, confirm availability for after-hours and weekend work, detail staffing allocation, provide project timeline estimates, and identify a dedicated project manager. Certifications and Capabilities questions require documentation of low voltage certification, other relevant certifications, and confirmation that assigned employees hold required certifications. Prior Experience questions assess previous work with Jones County School System, similar project experience, and experience with K-12 systems in Georgia. Vendors must not include cost information in responses to this evaluation worksheet.
