Work Specification Package Content: Provide detailed descriptions on work package similarities with current solicited work package.

Ship Systems: Propulsion, Electrical, Communication & Navigation, Auxiliary Machinery, Heating, Ventilation & air Conditioning (HVAC), etc.

Hull / Structural: Types of welding procedures and certifications used, type and scope of structural repair.

Preservation: Preservation efforts similar in scope to current requirement.

Dry-Dock: Duration of time spent in dry-dock as well as scope of work performed while in dry-dock.

Material Control and Storage

Quality Control

Facilities: Description of Facilities utilized for contract.

Key Personnel and OEM Management

Management of Contract:

Description of schedule and critical path analysis. Was the contract completed on time?
