About this file

This is a Price Summary Sheet Exhibit B for Request for Quotes (RFQ) 250265 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for bindery supplies on an as-needed basis. The RFQ has a budgeted amount of $8,000.00 for a one-year term. Firms must complete the pricing proposal section in its entirety by electronically entering unit prices for each line item into the OpenGov system, and all line items in the pricing proposal must be bid to avoid being deemed non-responsive. Written questions, clarifications, or requests for approved equals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2026, with responses issued by written addendum no later than May 5, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible firm on a lump sum basis, and the successful firm must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.

Prices shall be firm-fixed for the entire contract term, incorporating all direct costs, indirect costs, freight, and profit, with no price increases permitted during the Blanket Purchase Order period. All price decreases will automatically extend to the Authority. Invoices must be itemized with all material costs and supporting documentation for any part exceeding $500, with contractors required to substantiate actual replacement part costs; payment is contingent upon provision of such proof. The contractor guarantees that quoted prices are equal to or less than prices quoted to any other local, state, or federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope. No retroactive price adjustments will be considered, and the net dollar amount of profit will remain firm with no adjustments allowed to increase contractor profit. Firms submitting quotes must certify they are not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government and agree to comply with all applicable economic sanctions.
