About this file
The document is a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for Flex Cable drawings, specifically focused on technical review comments for cable specifications. The matrix provides a structured format for reviewers to submit comments across categories: Administrative (A), Substantive (S), and Critical (C). In this example, a USAF reviewer (Joe Myers) submitted a critical comment requesting specification of the maximum bend radius for cable fabrication, which the contractor agreed to address by adding a drawing note with specific bend radius requirements for different cable groups.
This CRM appears to be an attachment related to the broader Air Force solicitation (FA821725RB004) for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the AN/FPS-117 Long Range Radar System. While the CRM itself focuses on technical drawing details for flex cables, it represents a component of the larger procurement process for maintaining radar system components across 27 operational sites in Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii, with an engineering facility at Hill AFB, Utah.
