About this file

The provided file is an Excel-based Pricing Matrix Worksheet for a federal contract opportunity involving Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the AN/FPS-117 Long Range Radar System. The worksheet details labor rate categories across six years, including positions such as Program Manager, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, and Test Technician, with fully burdened hourly rates to be populated by the offeror. The pricing structure includes both Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursable (CPFF) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for various services including Program Management, Engineering Technical Support, Emergency Depot Level Maintenance, Shipping, Travel, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) management.

The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) solicitation by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center for sustaining the AN/FPS-117 radar system across 27 operational sites in Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii, with an Engineering Facility at Hill AFB, Utah. The five-year contract (with a six-month extension option) has a total potential performance period not exceeding nine years, targeting full and open competition with a small business size standard of 1,350 employees. The NAICS code is 334511, and the solicitation (FA821725RB004) requires electronic offer submission through the PIEE Solicitation Module, with all questions due by 15 August 2025 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
