About this file
The file is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the AN/FPS-117 Radar Sustainment Solicitation, designed to gather detailed performance feedback from previous government contractors. The questionnaire comprehensively evaluates contractor performance across multiple dimensions including technical knowledge, logistics support, quality control, cybersecurity, and cost performance, using a rating scale from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a full and open competition Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services. The solicitation seeks a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to maintain and sustain the AN/FPS-117 Long Range Radar System across 27 operational sites in Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii. The contract, with a potential total performance period of nine years, will include fixed price and cost reimbursement arrangements, covering services such as program management, engineering support, maintenance, repairs, hardware/software procurement, and emergency services. The total small business size standard is 1,350 employees, and all questions are due by 15 August 2025.
