About this file

This is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) document for student support services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, NM. The PRS outlines performance standards, lot sizes, Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL), methods of surveillance, and Total Cost Percentage (TCP) for various service requirements.

The document covers 12 key service areas: Project Management (requiring PM/APM availability during business hours), Reception Desk (manning during core hours), Property Management (GFP/GFE inventory), Vehicle Repair and Maintenance, Driver Training and Support (including vehicle preparation and range setup), Driver Training Services (range maintenance and refreshments), Firearms (weapon maintenance and equipment issuance), TAMS (inventory database management), Firearms Support (range equipment maintenance), and Replenishment Requests/Reports. Most services are monitored through random sampling and customer complaints, with AQLs ranging from 2.5 to 15. TCP values range from 3% to 10%, with vehicle maintenance having the highest TCP at 10%. The lot size for most requirements is based on the number of training days in the month, except for project management which is based on calendar days.
