About this file
This document is a Scope Sheet - Bid Form for an HVAC trade package issued by Cunningham-Limp for the Universal Academy Cafeteria Addition project located at 4833 Ogden St, Detroit, Michigan 48210. The project involves furnishing and installing a complete HVAC system for a cafeteria addition, with bid documents referencing FA Studio Rev1 Set dated 6/25/2025 and MLP Civil Set dated 7/9/2025. The scope includes comprehensive HVAC work such as installing system components, new equipment, ductwork, supports, fire/smoke sealants, controls with off-site monitoring capabilities, electric heaters in vestibule areas, dampers, roof curb covers, and sound boots.
The bid form requires contractors to include all labor, materials, permits, and associated work for the HVAC trade package, with a standard one-year warranty from substantial completion. The contractor is responsible for equipment startup, testing, post-construction filter changes, and compliance with all applicable codes. While no specific pricing is filled in, the document provides a structured template for bidders to complete their total bid amount, potential alternates, unit costs, and hourly rates. The project appears to be funded through standard construction means, with the bid being part of a larger construction project for the Universal Academy facility.
