About this file
This is a NonSegregated Facilities Certification document related to the Kenton County Airport Board's North ARFF Station 2 Kitchen Remodel project in Hebron, Kentucky. The certification serves as a compliance document for the contract opportunity, confirming that facilities used in the performance of the contract work meet federal nondiscrimination requirements. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:00 am at the North ARFF Station 2 location (81 Clay Drive, Hebron, KY 41048). Written questions regarding the project must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Monday, August 10, 2026, with answers to be posted no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Bids are due by Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 2:00 pm, with no late submissions accepted unless an addendum extending the deadline is issued by KCAB.
The NonSegregated Facilities Certification requires contractors to certify that all facilities used in connection with the project comply with applicable nondiscrimination laws and regulations. This certification is a standard federal compliance requirement for public works projects and ensures that contractor facilities, including those used for employee work and services, are not segregated on the basis of race, color, or national origin. Contractors must sign and submit this certification as part of their bid package to demonstrate eligibility and compliance with federal contract requirements.
