About this file
This attachment provides guidance on small business participation for a federal contract opportunity. The solicitation seeks proposals for maritime position, navigation and timing systems in-service engineering and technical support services. Offerors must identify any small businesses, including small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and HUBZone small businesses, that will perform work under the contract. Commitments to small business subcontractors must be enforceable. Offerors are also asked to describe how small businesses will be involved in contract performance and why their proposed approach to small business participation is realistic. The solicitation will be issued by the Department of the Navy Information Warfare Systems Command in June 2018.
