| 1. The Government has provided the Labor Categories identified and the locations contained with the RFP. The offeror may change locations and tailor labor categories to those which support the SOO. |
| Offerors are limited to the labor categories provided in the C-TXT-11, Personnel Qualifications. |
| 2. Offerors are to adjust the labor categories and the amount of hours to support their Technical Approach Statement of Objectives (SOO) |
| 3. Material Tab is open for the offeror input. |
| 4. Cost will not be evaluated for the Factor B. However, labor rates will be compared to those proposed in the Pricing Model to determine consistency of application. |
| 5. Offerors will fill in the Yellow Areas of the Labor and Hours Estimate tab. |
