1. Drawing: E-601
We would like to request a clarification regarding the connection from SW P575-14 to the

ANSWER: All new work shown on E-601 is under the responsibility of the Contractor.
2. Document 00 21 16
Would the government consider an electronic submission only for this Solicitation via DoD
SAFE or the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) portal? This helps reduce production and delivery cost of hard copy proposals and enables offerors the maximum amount of time to compile competitive proposals for submittal. Our experience with NAVFAC has seen this method of electronic submittal become more common and effective. We appreciate NAVFAC's consideration of this request.
ANSWER: Submit proposals in accordance with Document 00 21 16, para 1.1 a.
3. Document 00 22 00, para 2.3, (a)
Will the government accept Interim CPARS for past performance projects that are substantially complete (90% or greater) if a Final CPARS is not available? In the event only an Interim CPARS is available, will a PPQ be required to be submitted?
ANSWER: See Am-0002, document 00 22 00, para 2.3, (a). The Government will accept an interim CPARS evaluation for work that is substantially complete (at least 90% complete).
