About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and related federal contract opportunity. The amendment revises the solicitation by updating specifications for asphalt and hot mix asphalt, removing profilograph testing requirements, and revising drawings. The opportunity is for the construction of a new Bachelor Officer Quarters tower and associated facilities at Marine Corps Base Guam. The project includes a multi-story housing tower, one-story common area wing, and detached utility building to provide single-occupancy housing and support spaces. The estimated value is between $100-150 million. The NAICS code is 236116 and the contract performance period is 760 calendar days. The solicitation was issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command for the Government of Japan as the project will be funded through their direct cash contributions.
